Edit sort order?

With the report open in design view, use the Sorting and
Grouping window (View menu) to edit the sort/group entries.

To permanently change the sort order.
-- Open the report in design view
-- Select View: Sorting and Grouping
-- In the dialog box, set up the new sort order.
