"Edit|find and replace" dialog disappear

I am using VS2005. The "Edit|Find and replace" dialog won't pop up when you
try to find something (tried short cuts like: CTRL-F too, no luck). Does
anybody know how to bring this dialog back.

Hi,

Look around for it, most probably you have it docked somewhere.
Otherwise I have no idea how to get it back
