Edit Cell Contents

No dave, when you copy something and then hit F2 to enter a cell and
paste it it is not there. I guess the potential workaround is to hit
ctrl + C twice it brings up the contents of the clipboard and all is
not lost, however this still makes me reach for the mouse which I try
to avoid doing. So dave do you have anyother workaround other than
Ctrl + c twice?

May be more trouble than it's worth, but try this:

On the cell you want to copy from, press F2, then use the keyboard
techniques to navigate & select within the cell. When you naviga

The only other option I know of would be to clear the check in
Tools>Options>Edit for Edit Directly in Cell. That causes F2 to jump you to
the Edit Field of the Formula Bar. Select & copy there, then move to the
target cell, F2, navigate & paste.

No workarounds. Just thought that it you wanted to do it, you should.
