Easy way to email a spreadsheet

I need to send a spreadsheet to a lot people (about 15 or 20) at the end of
each work shift. People are forgetting to include all of the 15 or 20. Is
there an easy way to add a link or button that would send the spreadsheet to
all people with just a click?

You can add the mail addresses in the workbook
