east asian language pack

yesterday i was going to play a japanese game on my comp but i soon
realized that i need the language pack installed for it. ok so i go the
regional language settings and try to install it but i get this error

can anyone help?

You install by going to the Language tab, and tick "Install East Asian
language". Insert your XP CD, and click Apply. Once doing this, only you can
go to advance tab, and select Japanese.
