Easiest way to Replace data in Tables

I copied a database so that I could work on it and add new features. I've
now finished my work and would like this copy of the database to become the
"live" database. The only problem is that the data in the tables are not
current because data was entered in the "live" database while I was working
on the copy. What is the easiest way to replace the data in the tables of my
copy with the data currently in the "live" tables?
