Capital letters are not likely to get you as fast of an answer, it is
considered yelling. It is frustrating when things don't work so just get
out the sledge hammer, don't yell. ha!
First confirm you have all the latest windows updates, there have been
some virus running around causing all sorts of problems. Fixes for many of
these are released at windows update. Also, there may be a driver or two
that could help you.
Make sure you have the hardware requirements as listed on the packaging.
Look for application updates and apply them.
If the game still gives you a problem send in a copy of your dxdiag
information. At the run command type dxdiag, run tests at tabs that you
can, save information and post here.
