when we try to open up some of our e-mails which have the envelope
attachments and when we click on it to open it up it goes to a web page and
it says the page cannot be displayed and it says at the top of the page
INVALID SYNTAX ERROR we need some help thanks

Are you using an e-mail client or is this a webmail account. If it is
webmail, it appears to be a problem at the website. It's possible, if this
is an attachment either the site is blocking the attachments or you have
some setting that is blocking the attachments, hence you'd have to check the
options at your webmail account.
