E-mails stuck in Outbox

Outlook 2003, Windows XP - SP2 - This problem just started. I have been using
Outlook 2003 for 2.5 years.

For some reason I can send NEW e-mails but cannot send REPLYs or FW e-mails.
When I reply for FW they get trapped in the Outbox. My ISP is convinced it's
Outlook because they say my settings are correct.

I teach Outlook and have never seen this happen.

Any ideas? It pains me not being able to reply/fw e-mails.

Do you get a Send/Receive error?
How many and what types of accounts do you have configured in Outlook?
