E-Mailing a PDF Report

I have a report that I have "Printed" to a PDF File. Now I want to send this
report by E-Mail from within Access. After Sending the File I would like to
delete the sent file.

Access 2003
Acrobate 6

Little to no programing experiance.

After further research I have found the best answer:

Upgrade to Office 2007. It offers a free plug-in from Microsoft that
performs just what I want.
