I get a message asking for my incomming e-mail server POP3 etc and my
outgoing server, I can't recieve until I fill in the blanks when prompted.
Can someone help me with this I am setting up a new laptop.

If you have not already set up a mail account in Windows Mail,
you need to do so before you can send and receive email.
How did you access email before you got this new laptop?
Do you have an existing email address, and if so, what is the
part after the @ symbol?
I see you posted with a valornet.com email address. If that is
your desired email address, follow these setup instructions:

be there also.
