E-mail threading & subsequent copying

Henry

I like to copy some e-mail exchanges & attachments I receive from clients. I
recently installed Office Outlook 2007 and have been unable to copy or "save
as" & place in client folders.

Also is there a simple way of threading e-mails? Keeping client e-mails in
the order in which they were written & responded to & subsequently saving
selected threaded e-mails to their folder in My Documents would be a
convenient reference tool.

Thank you, Henry

STOP!

Two threads on the same subject inside of a quarter hour are enough.

You would probably do better asking this in:

Microsoft.public.outlook.general

I've taken the liberty of cross-posting this to that group

Since this has nothing to do with Vista or any o/s file management you might
want to post to an Outlook specific group.
Generally you create Folders within OL as appropriate, and drag mail to the
relevent folder.
The Folders View you see in OL is not the same as those in Explorer. All OL
data is contained in a single file, that can only be opened/viewed by OL
