e-mail filter macro

M

matt

I have a macro that automatically e-mails a report (based off a query) each
day. I would like to be able to check certain fields in the query, and if
the result is null, I would like to not send the e-mail.

Also, this might be a question for another forum, but when it sends the
e-mail, outlook is asking me if it is ok to send the e-mail. Any way to stop
this?

thanks for you help.

Matt,

You can do this by a suitably constructed Condition for the macro. Checking
"certain fields in the query" possibly doesn't tell the whole story - you
also have to indicate which record(s). Anyway, someone can help if you can
supply details.

Regarding the Outlook security prompt, I have heard of people using ClickYes
http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/ successfully.
