"(E-mail)" appears beside the name of the person I have saved.

I have Outlook 2000 at work and when I send an email to someone in my address
book this appears Jane Doe (E-mail) on every person beside their name I copy
on the email. How can I remove the (E-mail) statement??

Change the Display As field in the Contacts' records to display what you'ld
like to see.
