dynamically adding column in database..

Hello all,

I m trying to add a column in my database (it is a csv file)
but it is giving me following exception.

Any known reasons and workarounds????

Just to make it more clear...
I have also tried with just columnheaders and no data..
like below..

Sample.csv
Name, Address, mailID
