dwwin.exe error - dll initialization failed....

I just started getting this message every time I log off/reboot. The full
message is:

Error - dwwin.exe failed to initalize because windows is shutting down

There doesn't seem to be any real harm as windows does actually shut down.
I just never have seen this message before tonight and now it's showing up
all of the time. After a file search, I noticed there are 4 instances of
this file all related to winxp service packs (I think).

Anyway, can someone help me to get rid of this message? I like to have a
good running computer and error messages aren't good.

Thanks.

I got the same error while I log off or shutdown the Windows XP Pro.
After some search on goodle on dwwin.exe, I understand that it is Dr.
Watsan utility but doesn't know why is this happening. Anyone seen and
have fixed this error? Microsoft support site doesn't have any related
article.
