DVI,WMV,DVD???

I managed to get my movieto save, but only on "High
quality movie (small)" setting. It defaults to wmv
format. I see everyone talking about DVI, is that better,
and how do I change formats? I think i am still working
with MM1, the upgrade never took.
Also, once I do get saved, how do I transfer to a DVD you
can view on a TV?
