everything that I read.
I don't now how procedure. My notebook is new.
Sometimes when I turn on the message apears "irql_not_less_or_equal". Others
I use the computer for a while and then the blue screen apears again, but not
with the message "irql_not_less_or_equal", no message visible. Many words.

That Stop Error usually means a driver problem. The rest of the Stop
Error (which you didn't include) will tell you what driver is the
culprit. Go to this site and look at some of the links associated with
the Error (see second link down on the left 0A: IRQL..) and that will
give you an idea of how to troubleshoot the error:

http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

The error may also be caused by faulty hardware so if you haven't
changed anything - such as if "my notebook is new" means you just took
it out of the box a few days ago and haven't added or changed anything -
you should contact the laptop mftr.'s tech support right away. If the
hardware is bad, get it replaced now.
