DV-AVI format to QuickTime?

How can I create a quicktime movie from a DV-AVI file? I downloaded my video
from my video camera into movie maker. Did my editing, music, transitions,
intros etc. and saved it as an DV-AVI file. Now I would like to put it on my
web page as a quicktime movie so that my mom can see it. She has a mac and
cannot see wmv. Or is there a way she can see windows media files from her
emac?
