Sometimes when I boot my system it comes up with
duplicates main toolbars & Language Bars on the taskbar.
Sometimes, only one of the two main toolbar and other
times they both display running application. I know the
second one is a duplicate of the main toolbar, because it
has the same properties when you unlock the taskbar. i.e.
Can only be made so small, has no title, and cannot be
closed. The only way to get rid of it is to logout, and
log back in. Is there a way to correct this proble?
