Duplicate merging

Hi:

I have a number of duplicate fields, some duplicated 2/3/4 times.

Example:

John 123
John 345
John 567

I'd like to return one row:
John 123 345 567

Any suggestions on how this can be done? I'm open to using Access or Excel.
