Duplicate emails when using distribution list

I have a distribution list of 30 emails. When I send an email using only this
list some people in the list, not all, get 20 copies of the email. It
happens every time. I have deleted and recreated this list a dozen times,
but this keeps happening. It does not happen on any of my other distribution
lists I use. I have put blame on the email host, but they claim it must be
Outlook 07. Any ideas?

If you're scanning your mail with an antivirus scanner, try disabling the
scanning (leaving the AV's on-access scanner running, of course) and
lengthening your account's server timeout value.
