Duplicate Contacts

Using Outlook 2003 with multiple Contact folders in the 'Public folders'

Of course we always try to avoid having duplicate contacts. We have a
situation however where we are required to have TWO contact cards in two
separate contact folders. They are the same however. Everytime there is a
change we find ourselves having to remember to make the change in both
contact cards.

Is there a way to "link" or "associate" the two cards so that we are only
updating ONE card and the other one can be linked to it and updated exactly
as the parent card? We don't want to link the WHOLE contact folder, just the
individual cards?

Why do they need to be separate?

No. There are tools, though, that will sync two folders. Some are
mentioned here: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp
