Duplicate calendar entries

Some of my users are recieving duplicate calendar entries when they send and
recieve appointments. It would appear that One appointment is coming from
the umanager, and the other from the delegate on behalf of the manager.
the appointments are identical except for that. I have read some KB articles
on the subject regarding .ost file usage with the manager's outlook and the
"process requests and responses on arrival" setting on the delegate's
outlook, but to this point it has not completely resolved the issue.

All users are running Outlook XP, latest service pack, and either Windows 2k
pro or XP pro. some of the managers experiencing the problems are using
Offline folders, others are not.

If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated

Do you use any PDAs that use wireless synch with the
calendar? Are all of your Exchange servers using the same
SPs? If they are running different versions of the
cdo.dll (Collaborative Data Object) file, they may send
duplicates.
