Dupliate security group

Hi,
I am testing LDAP query capability via security application. Is there way
to a new group base on existing security group (duplicate group members)? I
want to create a group of 100, 200, 300 user out from domain users so I do
not have to add members instead of removing usesrs.

I found out there is grpcopy.exe file under Windows 2000 resource kit. You
can use it to copy group and it is gui. I am sure they may also have one
under window 2003 resource kit.
