Dup Calendar Entries

I have received complaints from a couple of users where
they are saying when someone updates a calendar invite and
changes the time of the meeting and they accept the update
that the original invite is not being removed from the
calendar. So, they end up with two invites. Any ideas?

Where exactly is this "Check Calendar" function. Also,
the calendar in question does have several delegates as
well as the user has a Blackberry. Any specefics on the
issues that could cause. Thanks.
