Dumb question: How to report bugs?

Is there a channel for reporting bugs?
If yes, I'd like to report the (off-screen) location that
alerts will (not) show with W2k if you happen to place
your task bar on the right side of your desktop.

Yes, the taskbar bug is a known issue, and will be fixed, you are in the
right place for reporting bugs, the newsgroups, you can also send suspected
spyware reports from the Tools menu.
