Dual Profiles

I have my wife and I set up with seperate profiles. Question - how can I set
up the electronic signatures so we both have our own?

I go to the tools option and enter my signature, but when she goes to hers
it shows my signature.

Is there any particular reason why you are using profiles and not separate
Windows User accounts?

The best way is to actually set up two profiles to log into the PC. That way
each can have their own instance of Outlook and their own signature and other
Outlook settings.

Yes Gordon, my wife really just knows to go check her emails. I usually have
the computer on and just turn the monitor off/on. This way she can go and
just turn on the monitor, click outlook, select her name on a dropdown to
access her email.
