Dual Boot?

Vista very frustrating. I have a laptop with Vista Home Basic. If I
install Win2K on this machine would that give me an automatic dual boot
situation? Thanks

You have to setup a partition first for Windows 2000 before you can install
it with Vista.

This guide by APC will show you how to install XP with Vista installed
first, the same would apply to Windows 2000 if that is what you decide to go
with.

If you're lucky, there's drivers for W2K for this laptop but probably
there aren't any. There may be for XP. Go to your lap top's
manufacturer's web site and see if there are drivers for either.

Considering that Microsoft wants to make sure this is a Vista world, I
wouldn't count on there being any drivers.
