DST and users

Apologies if this has been addressed before. Concerning the manual dst update
for win2k, the question I have is about the control set refreshing. If you
have multiple users logging onto the machine, would there have to be a
refresh of each user for the time zone, for the individual users control set,
or is the refresh global to all users?

No, the changes are system wide, they are made in the HKLM
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE) key only. The changes made there will apply to all
users who log on to the machine.

Thanks. I didn't see if this was asked, or answered in the posts. figured I'd
