DSN error message

Hello

While trying to access a particular website (www.hi5.com) all i get is
Cannot find server or DNS Error.
i've tried successfully to access other websites but www.hi5.com is the only
one i cannot get through.

More information needed ;-)
Which version of Windows? If XP, is it XP SP2? Is the internet connection
dial-up or broadband?
