DSL router problems

When returning from hibernate, i am unable to connect to the internet. I
can fix the problem by running Control Panel-Network Connections- Then right
clicking on local area connections and clicking repair.
Is there a way I can access this program directly and insert it in the
startup directory?

Get the latest Windows Updates for your pc. If that does not resolve it try
giving the pc a static IP instead of dynamic. You can also create a batch
file to renew the IP and place it in the startup folder, however, startup
programs dont run when resuming from hibernate. But you can save it to your
desktop and double click it when you need to renew.

You could crate a shortcut and disable and enable it (should have same
effect)

Update your network card drivers.
