DS Clock is a FREE digital desktop clock that displays variable date and
time information built from the format string.

The program allows you to fully customize its look and feel.

You can select any combination of date, time, and time zones, insert any
text, pick custom colors and fonts, set custom sound to play at the top
of the hour, play real Westminster chimes, etc.

DS Clock can synchronize your computer's clock with Atomic Time Servers.

Nice little proggie that coexists with Calendarscope very well to show
a drop down of today's tasks and reminders.

While Calendarscope is also a great program, you forgot to point out
that, while it is from the same company, it is not freeware
like DS Clock (unfortunately!)

Oh, talking about DS clock, I remember the first time a saw it
a year ago, I was quite misleded by the screenshot. I
*thought* it would do that task things like the screenshot
shows, but the fact is it does nothing like that if it is by
itself. It does that only if you have the payware
Calendarscope also installed. Otherwise, it is just a clock
(there's is nothing wrong with that, just that I was misleded
by the screenshot).

Yes, I agree the screenshot is a bit misleading. CScope is payware but
it will run as nagware freely.

It must have changed since the last time I tried it then - it was nagware
for 30 days and then expired, fullstop.

By the way, DS Clock is not just a desktop clock - the main reason I use
it is because of its easy atomic clock synchronisation; that and the fact
I can fit it onto the top title bar of open windows where it's out of the
way, and I can then use TClockEx as my memory and resource monitor in the
system tray in place of the usual Windows clock.

Nice feature to be able to set the time/date format, place the "clock"
wherever AND sync.

Nice for a freebie and I use it to read from each time I leave a voice
message to set the time/date.
