dropped internet connections

My grand daughters computer connects to the internet fine
but, shuts down shortly. the message is as follows "The
LSA shell (export version) encountered a problem and needs
to close. NT A 32\lsass.exe C terminated unexpectedly.
Status code 10734741819. Any help???
