drop down times in Outlook Calendar disappear

When in Calendar event setup I select the drop down times. As I move mouse
pointer off of down arrow the list of times disappears. Older versions of
office did not do that. I have to enter a time manually. How can I fix or
correct this problem?

ARe you using Windows XP and do you have the Xmouse feature (where focus
follows the mouse) enabled in Windows? You can find it easily with the
TweakUI Powertoy from Microsoft's downloads.
