drop down selection

I have a startup form and I want the user to click on a drop down list and
choose the report they want. Is there a way to have one drop down and show
the years (2000, 2001, 2002, etc) and they choose the year then click on
another drop down and click on the report they want. (example:
Officer-Totals, and Officer-Sex-Race-Citations.) This way they can choose
the year then the report. This will keep from taking up so much space on the
form with a button for each report and year. Thanks,

One approach to do this is to have the underlying queries (the reports'
queries) "look" to the form for the "year" as a criterion, something like:

Forms!YourStartupFormName!cboYourYearsControlName

in the criterion row under the "year" field (however you've named that in
the table) in each of your queries.
