Hi,

How can I make multiple selection from the drop down list? If this is
possible, can we save different selections in different fields because i
would like to query htose selection in the reports.

Your help is needed.

You cannot.

Please explain your table structure, and what you're trying to do with
this query. Saving selections from a combo box into "different fields"
sounds like your table design may need some rethinking!

I would like to create reports and want to allow users to make their own
report based on the query. Like when they click on the report..a pop-up
window will appear so that they can enter say..job location..as per their
choice and create report based on that query. So..in my table, Job Location
filed is drop down field..which is working fine with this kind of report.

But if I have a field with check boxes..then I think I cannot create query
based reports as per users choice. So I want to create that field to be drop
down such that I can select multiple options and create these kind of
reports. But I was thinking that if we have more than one selection for that
field..it won't be possibel to do query..like I want to do.

That's why I thought may be is there any way I can do that..may be saving
each selection from that drop down to single fields...

OR is there any other way you think might be good idea to follow..then
please do let me know. Thanks
