Compaq site does not list drivers for Audio, for any OS, nor does it list
any drivers for Win2000. However, if it's the same ESS audio/modem as on
other Presario laptops, you'll find the driver at
http://www.esstech.com/techsupp/drivers.shtm


Good luck running 2K Server on that laptop.
