Is there a driver out there for windows 2000 pro that will
work for the Canon Multipass C3000 printer?

No. It was never designed for any of the NT based operating systems. You
can continue to use it as a printer by installing a Windows 2000 version of
the BJC-4xxx driver, but it will not have any additional functions.
