Drivers all gone

For some reason, after installing Microsoft Movei Maker.
My drivers are gone. I can't open help, audio drivers,
etc. I don't have a restore point either. Any help?

Right click My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > expand
audio device > right click and uninstall it, restart the system. Go to
Control Panel and use Add/Hardware Wizard to add the device drivers back for
it.

I don't have anything in the Device manager. The place
where all my drivers usually are is completely blank. I
went to msconfig. It says audio driver is stopped. I don't
know how to start it. Also, I try to go to Microsoft Help,
and it says that the file isn't installed.
