DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi,

I use a laptop + Win2K, using a DLink WML-650+ wirless NIC.

When I'm using this NIC, the system crashed quite ofen and goes into blue
screen with the following message:
Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x751ADD64, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x751ADD64)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

When I am using a wired NIC, surprisingly the system has never crashed.

What could be the source of this problem?
