XP Pro started rebooting repeatedly and would not stay
started. I "zapped" the HD and attempted reinstall. Now I
get the following message: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop 0x000000D1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0xF9b9307f)
I cannot reinstall with boot disk or boot floppies. Each
attempt progresses different distances into the
installation before the message appears. I once got all
the way to the format process before it failed. Anyone
have any ideas or similar problems?

I'm having the same problem right now... with identical hardware/software as 6 other systems... 2 of them are doing this and I can't seem to get past it.

I had this problem, all i did was reset the motherboard
BIOS and told it plug-an-play OS. That did the trick.
