Driver installation for old Dazzle vid input card from cd fails w 2000

Am I dead in the water? Great cheap old "Dazzle*" card
returns an error of "wrong version of windows" on attempt
to install drivers from the Dazzle* CD to a 2000 pc. Note
this video input card just hangs out at the end of a usb
cable (its not a slot card) and the card accepts rca, & s
vid, inputs from a vid cam. It was a great input from a
video camera to a 98 based pc but 2000 says no. Also I
tried opening some zipped cab files on this Dazzle* cd but
again get a message that 2000 can't look at these cab
files. Dazzle* was sold to new vid company and there is a
list of legacy downloads at the new companies site but
even the lagacy items are far advanced vs this old card
which does not appear. Anybody got an idea of how I can
make this card work? Should I try downloading any old
dazzle driver?

If you can't find an official W2k driver for your card from the mfr. or in
Windows 2000 natively, I'd say, just get a new card.
