Driver conflict when I dial from Outlook

My system (XP Pro) crashes when I try to dial a number from Outlook 2007 BCM?
Any experience with this or fixes?

Driver conflict sounds like a general TAPI issue.

Please define "crashes". That word means a thousand different things to us.
Exact error messages are more helpful.
