Drive mapping using user profile issue

some of our clients are mapping their home drive using their user profiles.
For some it's would map just fine and then after a few weeks, it'll map to
the share folder where their home folder is located. I've disconnected their
home drive and re-logged in to have the drive remap itself. Then it'll
happen again a few weeks later. any ideas or heard of this? Thanks!

I am interested in the answer to this as well. I came to the news groups to
ask this very question. I am running into this problem with some of my users
and it is driving me crazy. Please someone help us out.

The only temporary fix that I have come up with was to create a logoff script
that deletes the users H drive. This way when the users logs in they get
their true H: with the correct path. This is only a temp fix and I wish
someone could help us.

Did you try disabling Fast Login Optimization?
