DreamScene Preview unavailable for my Vista Ultimate

I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate. But I can't find "DreamScene
Preview" in "Windows Ultimate Extras" in my WU. What shall I do to get
DreamScene Preview?

The problem is solved by installing the "English language pack" in WU
(I'm using Chinese version of Windows Vista). You just need to install
the language pack with applying it.
