Dream P4 HT/DualDDR mobo--Help me find it.

Hi--I'm hoping that some experienced builders can recommend some
possibilities for a P4 motherboard for me. I've looked around a bit,
especially using the search features and reviews at newegg, but I'm
still kind of bewildered. Especially I need help with the properties
that don't show up in the spec sheets, such as reliability,
compatibility, and OC capacity. I may not be buying right away, so I
would be grateful for news of boards to be released soon, but
mostly I'm interested in known successes. Thanks. --Matt

Primary requirements:

* Reliability, stability.
* Compatibility with run-of-the-mill components, especially ordinary RAM
sticks like Kingston, Crucial, PNY, etc.
* Full functionality under Linux and XP, hopefully with easy setup
* P4 Hyper-Threading support
* Dual Channel DDR support
* Single Channel DDR support
* At least 5 PCI slots (or 4 PCI slots + Onboard LAN)
* Good provision for moderate overclocking (say 10% to 25% speedup)
* General ability to overclock without changing speed of PCI bus
* AGP slot
* Price under $125

Optional features:

* Price under $100
* Support for DDR400
* 4 DDR slots
* 6 PCI slots and onboard LAN
* Onboard gigabit LAN
* IDE RAID 1
* SATA
* Onboard video

Asus P4P800Deluxe!!!

I have one and it's rock solid. I'm running a P4 2.4C at 3.2 GHz and dual
channel DDR. It sees a lot of use rendering video so I get a lot of extra
mileage out of the cheap 2.4 GHz CPU thanks to this motherboard.

www.xbitlabs.com has a very good overclocking article on the P4 2.4C and the
Asus P4P800 Deluxe was their reference testbed board. Which is why I bought
one, and I wasn't disappointed.

That sounds like great overclocking! Now my big question is about what
RAM sticks you are using ...
