DragEnter Does Not Fire?!

I have a DataGridView on the form with AllowDrop = true when I drag a file
from windows Explorer on DataGridView Mouse Pointer becomes a No Icon And
DragEnter Does not Fire!

It fires when I Initiate a Drag Drop from within the C# Application!

What Should I do?

On a Machine with Vista SP1 .Net 3.5

I'm guessing that you put the datagrid within another control or form
that doesn't have AllowDrop = true?

Thank you for your reply,
It took me more than 30 hours to figure out that because of different
security contexts windows does not allow drop from a low priviledge (win
Explorer) to a high priviledged Visual Studio that running My App!!!
