drag email

Hello all!

we recently started spam filtering using Spam shark from Sprint and it is
working great. some times I get the spam and I need to forward it to
specific email in sprint so they can expand they filters. What they want us
to do is to create a new message to specific email address, drag and drop
email message that is spam and send.

Is there a way to create the public folder so everyone in the company can
just drag and drop their spam to this folder and then the messages to get
send automatically to the sprint email address? So just drag and drop to
spam folder and that is it. Then the folder would need to create the new
message and email the dropped emails to predetermined sprint address.

please let me know if you have any ideas. we are running on exchange 5.5
with sp4 I believe. Users are running win2k on nt 4.0 domain. exchange
server is win2k member server.

The dragging and dropping of messages from the mailboxes to the public
folder is simple, just make sure everyone has got author rights on the
folder.

Not so sure about the automatic forwarding though, setting a rule
won't work because a drag n drop arrival doesn't trigger the rule. You
can't to a forward to the public folder (if you unhide the folder and
let it appear in the address list) if Spint want to see headers. If
they don't want the headers then do unhide the PF from the GAL and
have users forward the spam. That will trigger a rule that you create
against that PF in your Outlook.

they need the header I believe. if my users forward to public folder, this
will defeat the purpose. thank you for your help anyways.
