drag and drop

I have been asked to create a PowerPoint show to include a drag and drop
feature so that the user can move things on the screen while the presentation
is running. Is this possible and how do I go abaout it. There is nothing in
the help files at all.

The only drag and drop feature of which I am aware is done through macros.
Hans Hofmann. If you go to my site:

and click on "More Tricks," you can find a link to it under Trick #8.

Oops. That was supposed to read "Hans Hofmann wrote an example, and you can
find a link to it at my site."

Thank you David. I'm very grateful for the help. I have downloaded the file
and will have a look at the workings of it if these teachers leave me alone
for long enough. If I can make it work it will be for classroom use so that
covers what you say about non-profit educational use. Like the site by the
way. I will be visiting it again soon.

Thanks again for the help. Much appreciated.
